Pillars of sustainable TiA development
We are investing in processes that reduce our carbon footprint, so we are constantly developing projects to modernize our machinery and effectively manage energy in our production processes.
We produce in a closed loop. 100% of our basic plastic products are made using regranulate.
Everything starts with small steps, so in purchasing decisions and changes implemented, we pay great attention to their environmental dimension.
We are committed to change and making decisions based on numbers, so we continuously monitor the effectiveness of the processes responsible for reducing the carbon footprint.
We think ECOlogically
We have been continuously producing surface heating and cooling systems (floor, wall and ceiling) for 25 years. Thanks to the fact that they are low-temperature, they are ideally used in any type of construction, especially supporting low- or zero-carbon investments.
We are great supporters of introducing solutions in construction that realistically improve the comfort of users, but most importantly meet the ecological dimension of projects in a thoughtful way.

We implement state-of-the-art health and safety standards, regularly train our employees and provide them with the right tools and support to perform their duties in a comfortable and safe environment. We understand the importance of harmony between work and personal life. That's why we offer perks such as lunch cards, the Multisport program and the possibility of hybrid work in selected departments.

Waste management
We implement closed-loop manufacturing processes so that as many materials as possible are recycled and can be reused within our processes. We send packaging waste for recycling, in accordance with BDO regulations. When creating new products, we strive to use environmentally safe, naturally degradable raw materials.
Resource consumption
We are successively expanding and intensifying our efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at every stage of the life cycle of our products, our operations and our supply chain. We are investing in processes that reduce our carbon footprint, so by 2026 we will build a photovoltaic farm to reduce our consumption of electricity from non-renewable sources. In order to reduce energy consumption, we are also constantly optimizing technologies and replacing machinery within the operations of our machine park. We also express our efforts to reduce energy consumption in smaller steps - when choosing equipment or lighting, we pay attention to their energy efficiency.
