Solar power: Investing in a clean future
Imagine energy as clean as the sun’s rays and as renewable as each new day. This is exactly the kind of future we want to build at TiA! Our plans for the coming years include the creation of our own photovoltaic farm – one of the most important steps in our green journey.
But that’s not all. We know that the sun doesn’t shine around the clock, so we are planning something special. We will equip our farm with a modern energy storage system. It’s like having our own eco-box – we’ll store excess energy produced on sunny days for later, instead of letting it go to waste.
What does this mean for the environment? Every ray of sunshine will be utilized to the maximum. While others are flooded with excess solar energy, we have learned to save it for cloudy days. This is not only an ecological solution – it’s a wise management of the resources that nature gives us for free.
LED Lighting: We shine by example
Ever wondered how much energy it takes to light up an entire factory and offices? At TiA, we know that every bulb matters! That’s why we’ve opted for modern LED lighting in all our spaces. It’s like replacing an old car with an electric one – the same function, but a completely different quality for the environment. Our LEDs use up to 80% less energy than traditional incandescent bulbs, and shine up to 25 times longer! That’s not only saving the planet, but also more light where we really need it. And the best part is that they generate less heat, so we don’t have to air-condition rooms so intensively in the summer. At TiA, even the smallest bulb has a part to play in building a greener future!
Zero waste: manufacturing without a trace
Have you ever wondered what happens to materials during the production process? At TiA, every gram of raw material matters and none goes to waste! We have created a system where waste… actually doesn’t exist. Sound like magic? No, it’s simply a thoughtful approach to a closed loop economy.
We start as early as the purchasing stage. Our aluminum? It comes entirely from recycling! This is just the beginning of the ecological journey of our materials. We manufacture plastic components, such as clips, from regranulate – recycled material. What’s more, when installed in underfloor heating systems, our products serve for many years without ending up in landfills.
What about thermoforming film? Here, too, we have an eco-solution! We use film made from recycled waste, giving materials a second life. Even the offcuts from our production have a role in this ecological puzzle – we donate them to other plants, which use them in their production processes.
In TiA it works a bit like in the kitchen of an experienced chef – when he cooks the broth, the meat is not a waste, but a base for the next dish. Similarly, at TiA – every material has a role to play, and what is a leftover for one process becomes a valuable ingredient for another. In this way, we create a production where nothing is wasted, and everything is used to create something of value!
