PS SUPERNOVA
PS SUPERNOVA is a line of prefabricated mats produced through a thermoforming process, designed for the installation of water-based underfloor heating in screed (wet) systems. The mats are made from polystyrene (PS) and feature a design with numerous knobs that secure heating pipes without the need for staples. PS SUPERNOVA supports pipe routing at both 90° and 45° angles. The numerous knobs enable flexible arrangement of heating loops at 5, 6, or 7.5 cm spacings (for 12, 14, or 16 mm pipe diameters) while maintaining the required spacing between them. SUPERNOVA mat is available in a configuration with adhesive. Utilizing a pressure-sensitive adhesive formulation, the mat achieves stable adhesion to the substrate.
