EPS REFABRIC Cube is a prefabricated foamed polystyrene (EPS) insulation board for waterborne underfloor heating in cement or anhydrite screeds, packaged in "Cube" form for ease of transport and storage.

EPS REFABRIC is a range of insulation boards designed for use in screed underfloor heating systems. REFABRIC is based on expanded polystyrene (EPS), available in various densities or with acoustic insulation properties.
EPS boards come with a single-sided covering option:
- foil-coated – acts as a damp proof membrane and featured a printed grid allowing for flexible arrangement of heating loops, whilst maintaining required spacing between them
- fabric-coated – ensures secure anchoring of short staples and featured a printed grid for easy pipe loop arrangement
EPS boards are available in two formats:
- Cube – the board cutted into strips of varying widths and folded into a cuboid shape
- Sandwich – the board has a central cut, allowing for easy folding in half

Transportation and packaging
EPS REFABRIC Cube panels are molded so that they can be packaged in even, block-shaped units, which streamlines logistics and storage. This form promotes maximum use of transportation space and significantly simplifies storage on construction sites and in warehouses. The standard dimensions of the product are 10 meters in length, 1 meter in width and 20-35 mm in thickness.
Waste disposal
Each board package is protected by PE film to protect it from mechanical damage and the adverse effects of external factors. After use, the boards should be disposed of in accordance with current regulations for EPS materials. The product can be directed to recycling or waste management at specialized facilities. The plastic packaging should also be separated and transferred to the appropriate plastic waste stream.
