MFP - straight piece 1800 x 600
The MFP P5 system is a solution for dry installation of underfloor heating, ideal where screeds cannot be used - for example, in retrofitted buildings, on wooden ceilings or in energy-efficient houses. The high-density P5 grade boards provide stability, load-bearing capacity and moisture resistance, allowing pipes to be run in straight or curved sections.
What is the product?
MFP P5 is a line of particleboard designed for laying underfloor heating loops in drywall systems. The boards act as a carrier for heating pipes. They are equipped with special tongue-and-groove joints, which allows easy installation and creates a uniform, smooth surface. The system can be supplemented with aluminum heat distribution plates with a Greek Ω-shaped profile, which act as heat sinks and provide secure attachment of heating pipes.
Application
The MFP P5 system is designed for the installation of underfloor heating systems in drywall technology, especially where wet screeds are unacceptable (e.g., in modernized buildings, wooden floor structures or energy-efficient buildings).
MFP P5 is a type of wood-based particleboard, which belongs to board class P5 according to EN 312. It is a board with better load-bearing properties and higher moisture resistance than ordinary particleboard. Thanks to its high density (≥750 kg/m³), the material shows high resistance to bending, swelling and moisture.
