The Modular polymer manifold is designed for the even distribution of heating medium (water, glycol, or other liquids) in surface heating installations. Constructed from polyamide PA6GF15 reinforced with 15% glass fiber, this plastic manifold offers high resistance to moisture and temperature fluctuations, along with low thermal conductivity. Its modular design allows for flexible adaptation to various installation requirements and is available in 2- and 3-module configurations. The manifold features a supply bar with rotameters for flow control and a return bar with thermostatic insert valves for regulating individual heating loops. Integrated vent and drain valves simplify system maintenance, while mounting connectors ensure quick and efficient connection to the overall heating system.
