The PP Cellular velcro mat is an underfloor heating installation solution that, thanks to its mesquite fabric "loop" layer and "hook" covered pipe, allows fast, stable and tool-free pipe fixing with easy adjustment - ideal for renovation applications.

What is the product?

Chambered polypropylene mat with printed raster, used w underfloor heating systems in concrete screed. PP CELLULAR mat allows installation on soft insulations, such as acoustic EPS, floor mineral wools or wood wools. The mat is available in two variants.

Application

Low-density insulations. They can be used wherever the construction of the building allows for a screed of sufficient thickness and weight: new construction, renovations, residential buildings, commercial buildings.

Standard

has an imprinted measuring grid, making it easier to place the tube evenly
mounting pipes are attached to the mat with clips or rails for floor heating

Velcro

mat covered on one side with a layer of velcro loop fabric
allows quick installation of heating pipes covered with material that has hooks made of plastic that mechanically catch on the fibers of velcro loop fabric
provides pipe fixing without the need for clips
installation is not only faster, but also reversible – it allows correction of pipe alignment without mechanical interference with the polypropylene mat
