What is the product?

PS EUROTOP Mini is a prefabricated castellated mat made of thermoformed polystyrene (PS), with gross dimensions of 1150 × 750 × 22 mm (including overlap). Mats are featured with numerous knobs that secure heating pipes without the need for using staples. PS EUROTOP supports pipe routing in either a meandering or spiral pattern while maintaining optimal spacing. The unique „suspension” knobs ensure that the pipes are fully encased in concrete, resulting in exceptional thermal efficiency throughout the system.

Application

The mat enables quick and stable installation of heating pipes, eliminating the need for additional fasteners. The protrusions securely hold the pipes in a fixed arrangement, allowing for precise installation according to the design. Transportation and Packaging

PS EUROTOP Mini castellated mats are supplied as follows:

In individual packages (cardboard boxes), 22 boards per box; package dimensions: 1195 × 795 × 280 mm
On pallets, 154 boards per pallet; pallet dimensions: 1200 × 800 × 2200 mm

Waste Disposal

Dispose of used or damaged PS EUROTOP mats in accordance with local waste management regulations. Due to the materials used, it is recommended to deliver the product to a selective waste collection point or a specialized recycling facility. Proper disposal enables material recovery and minimizes environmental impact. The product must not be disposed of in general municipal waste.
