PS SUPERNOVA with adhesive is a line of castellated mats, produced by thermoforming, designed for the installation of water underfloor heating in wet systems (in concrete screed). Thanks to the use of pressure-sensitive adhesive, the mat stably adheres to the substrate.

What is the product?

PS SUPERNOVA with adhesive is a line of prefabricated system mats, produced by thermoforming, designed for the installation of water underfloor heating in wet systems (in concrete screed). The mats are made of polystyrene (PS) and are structured with numerous tabs that hold the heating pipes without the need for staples. The use of pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures secure and stable fixation of the mat to the substrate.

Application

PS SUPERNOVA supports pipe routing at 90° and 45° angles, offering flexibility in installation layout. Numerous protrusions make it possible to arrange heating loops at intervals of 5, 6, or 7.5 cm (for pipe diameters of 12, 14, or 16 mm), while maintaining the required spacing between them.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive used in PS SUPERNOVA ensures stable adhesion of the mat to the substrate. This design guarantees secure fastening of the mat to the surface.

In individual packages (cardboard boxes) – 14 pieces each, dimensions: 1480 x 880 x 275 cm,

Waste disposal

Dispose of used or damaged SUPERNOVA mats in accordance with applicable waste management regulations. Due to the materials used in the product, it is recommended that it be taken to a selective waste collection point or a specialized recycling facility. Proper disposal allows recovery of raw materials and minimizes the negative impact on the environment. Under no circumstances should the mat be disposed of in municipal waste.
