What is the product?
The GLACIER series of mounting rails is an alternative to traditional pipe staples, providing precise and fast installation of floor heating systems. It is perfect especially in large areas, ensuring that the pipe loops are kept evenly spaced according to the designed spacing. The basic component is a 500-mm-long section with a bracket ending on both sides, allowing subsequent components to be connected. The mounting rail is sold as standard in sections of 1 m. The pipe is attached to the ground layer with the rail brackets, which are profiled to ensure stable attachment of the pipe.
Application
The mounting rail for underfloor heating pipe installation is made of PVC. It is available in three variants for pipes with diameters of 16, 20, or 25 mm. The rail can be installed on existing insulation (using mounting clips for the rails) as well as on a concrete layer or wooden floor with chipboard. The rail’s design facilitates precise pipe positioning and distancing from the substrate. Fixing brackets ensure firm installation guaranteeing that pipe loops are maintained at consistent intervals in accordance with the designed spacing.
