news

We implemented a project under sub-measure 3.3.3 “Support for SMEs in the promotion of product brands - Go to Brand”, a strategic component of the Intelligent Development Operational Program 2014-2020. The “Go to Brand” initiative was aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the promotion of product brands in foreign markets, increasing their competitiveness and export potential.

Project goal – global expansion through promotion

The aim of the project was to increase the company’s competitiveness by internationalizing its operations and promoting its own product brands, as well as supporting the Brand of the Polish Economy in key foreign markets.

Strategic Development Areas:

  • Strengthening the company’s position internationally,
  • Entering new foreign markets,
  • Increasing exports of private label products,
  • Increase the company’s brand recognition outside the country.

Planned outcomes of the project include:

  • Participation in economic missions and organization of company stands at trade fair events, supported by the purchase of promotional materials,
  • Obtaining new contracts from foreign business partners,
  • Export revenue growth.

TiA’s project, announced and awarded in 2020, initially encountered challenges due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, which placed numerous restrictions on international travel and industry events. By understanding the situation and being able to extend the implementation time, TiA was able to realize the full potential of the funds raised, finalizing all planned activities by 2023.

Large-scale promotional activities

As part of the “Go to Brand” project, TiA implemented a series of diverse promotional activities to reach key customers and partners in foreign markets. Among them were:

  • Participation in prestigious international trade shows: TiA presented its offerings at key HVAC industry events such as MCE Mostra Convegno Expocomfort 2022 in Milan, The Big 5 Dubai and ISH Frankfurt 2023. Participation in the fairs enabled us to establish direct contacts with potential distributors, designers and investors.
  • Organization of trade missions and B2B meetings: Between 2022 and 2023, TiA organized as many as 17 outbound missions to prospective markets, including the United Kingdom (twice), Ireland, Macedonia, Serbia, the United States, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania (twice), Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and Sweden. These missions were aimed at meeting directly with potential business partners and identifying local market needs.
  • Preparation of promotional materials in foreign languages: The project developed and printed marketing materials, including flyers, brochures and product catalogs, translated into the languages of key target markets.
  • Customization of website for international customers: TiA’s website has been language-optimized to provide a comfortable user experience for customers from different parts of the world.

EU support

Implementation of the project would not have been possible without significant financial support from European Funds. The funds obtained enabled TiA to successfully enter new markets and significantly increase the scale of promotional activities. In the long term, this contributed to an increase in exports and laid the foundations for the long-term development of the company.

Who is TiA targeting?

The project and its results are aimed primarily at foreign HVAC distributors, installation designers, contractors and investors interested in modern and efficient underfloor heating systems.

The effects of the project – global reach and new perspectives

Through participation in international trade fairs and trade missions, we have established numerous business contacts and increased product exports.

Summary and future

The “Go to Brand” project is an excellent example of how EU funds can support Polish companies in their global expansion and building a strong position in the competitive international market. In the future, TiA plans to continue its activities in the acquired markets and explore further opportunities for international growth.
