TIA underfloor heating panels – rapid installation and operational comfort

19 August 2025

news

In response to the growing expectations of the construction market regarding reduced project delivery times, screed mass reduction, and improved building energy efficiency, dry underfloor heating technologies are gaining significance. These solutions find application in modern modular construction, timber frame buildings, and renovation projects where the use of traditional screeds is time-inefficient or structurally unfeasible.

TIA dry underfloor heating systems are engineered for both retrofit and new-build projects where concrete screeds cannot be applied. They are characterised by short installation times, low thermal inertia, and immediate commissioning capability following installation (after pressure testing). The absence of thermal mass enables rapid system response to temperature changes and precise zone control.

TIA plate system – three lines, different applications

Panels in dry systems serve to route and stabilise heating pipes whilst utilising aluminium layers to ensure uniform heat distribution. TIA manufactures solutions based on proven materials with enhanced compressive strength and high-grade aluminium alloys. Each product and material includes comprehensive documentation confirming quality and material parameters. This operational model enables us to maintain high quality standards and consistent technical parameters, ensuring our clients’ confidence in partnering with TIA.

The materials we use in the production of system boards are:

  • EPS – boards made of expanded polystyrene (EPS 300/400), dedicated to lightweight heating systems, where low weight and speed of installation are important. They work with Ω-profile aluminum heat sinks, which ensure effective fixing of heating pipes and even heat distribution without the need for a spout.
  • EPS ALU – EPS 300/400 panels with aluminum foil, acting as a heat sink. Ready-made groove patterns allow easy guidance of heating loops, which translates into fast and precise installation. The boards are injection molded, and this guarantees repeatability of dimensions and performance.
  • ACOUSTIC – plates made of compressed wood fiber, offering effective damping of impact sounds. The role of heat sink is performed by additional aluminum transmission sheets. Designed for use in multi-story buildings and wherever acoustic comfort is crucial. Installation only in dry rooms.
  • ACOUSTIC ALU – wood fiber boards integrated with a layer of aluminum (100-200 μm). Even heat distribution while maintaining acoustic properties.

OEM – your brand, our technology

TIA operates under an OEM (private label manufacturing) model, offering the ability to manufacture system components according to the product fit of our customers’ business needs.

Within our collaboration framework:

  • we manufacture EPS panels with bespoke groove patterns milled to client specifications
  • we provide branded labelling with client logos on product labels
  • we offer technical department support in adapting groove layouts and technical parameters for specific projects

OEM orders are fulfilled subject to minimum order quantities.

Warmth that builds relationships

TIA’s dry underfloor heating systems are an ever-growing and evolving product group that presents great opportunities to expand the product portfolio for B2B partners who are looking for proven products to meet market demand for efficient heating technologies. Innovative processes, Polish manufacturing with more than 25 years of industry experience, a wide range of solutions and the ability to customize products in an OEM model make TIA a technology partner for the modern construction industry.
